1. Eligibility for Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

  • In the original packaging (if applicable).
  • A product that is not custom-made (please note that custom or personalized 3D printed items are non-returnable unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival).
