These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the EZ Prints 3D Affiliate Program (“Program”). By applying to or participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Affiliates earn a 10% commission on every qualifying purchase made through their unique affiliate link.
A “qualifying purchase” means:
A customer clicks your affiliate link,
Places an order on the EZ Prints 3D store,
Pays in full,
The mandatory 14-day cooling-off period required under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 has passed,
And the item has not been returned during any applicable return period.
To join the Program, affiliates must apply via:

“How will you promote this store?”
EZ Prints 3D reserves the right to approve or reject applications at its sole discretion.
Tracking Length: 30 days
Referrer Credited: Last Referrer
EZ Prints 3D uses cookies to track referrals.
If a customer:
Blocks cookies,
Deletes cookies,
Or uses privacy software,
credit for the referral may be lost. EZ Prints 3D accepts no liability for tracking interruptions.
Whichever affiliate’s link the customer clicked most recently (within the 30-day window) will receive the commission.
Affiliates earn 10% of the net order value, excluding:
VAT,
postage,
discounts,
or any service fees.
A commission becomes eligible only after:
the 14-day cooling-off period has expired, AND
the customer has not returned, cancelled, or refunded the purchase.
Commissions are paid via:
• Bank Transfer
• PayPal
Payments are issued on a monthly basis once commissions become eligible.
Affiliates must ensure their payout details are accurate; EZ Prints 3D is not responsible for failed payments due to incorrect information.
A minimum payout threshold may apply if specified by the platform.
Affiliates must:
Affiliates agree to comply with:
ASA/CAP Code,
Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008,
UK rules regarding affiliate disclosures (e.g., using “#ad”, “#affiliate”).
All promotions must clearly disclose the affiliate relationship.
Affiliates must NOT:
Engage in unsolicited messaging or spam.
Make misleading claims.
Alter or misuse EZ Prints 3D branding.
Use cookie stuffing or hidden iframes.
Purchase ads bidding on “EZ Prints 3D” or similar branded keywords without permission.
Pretend to be an employee or official representative.
Use their own affiliate link for personal purchases.
Violation may result in termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
Permitted channels:
Websites and blogs
Social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.)
Opt-in email newsletters
Online communities (only where promotional content is allowed)
If you are unsure whether a promotional method is permitted, please contact EZ Prints 3D for approval.
EZ Prints 3D grants a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use:
product images,
logos,
promotional material
solely for the purpose of promoting EZ Prints 3D.
Affiliates may not:
alter branding assets,
create derivative works,
or imply ownership of EZ Prints 3D materials.
Affiliates must comply with:
UK GDPR,
The Data Protection Act 2018.
Affiliates must NOT collect, store, or process any EZ Prints 3D customer personal data.
EZ Prints 3D will handle affiliate data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
EZ Prints 3D may terminate participation:
at any time,
with or without cause,
with immediate effect.
Grounds for immediate termination include:
breach of these Terms,
misuse of affiliate links,
fraudulent behaviour,
violation of advertising or consumer laws.
Upon termination:
Eligible commissions will be paid in the next payment cycle,
Fraudulent or ineligible commissions will not be paid.
Affiliates may withdraw from the Program at any time by contacting us.
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, EZ Prints 3D is not liable for:
lost commissions due to tracking errors,
downtime of third-party services,
indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for:
fraud,
death or personal injury due to negligence.
EZ Prints 3D may modify these Terms at any time.
Affiliates will be notified of major updates by email or dashboard notice.
Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
